A central server stores all of your valuable information. This centralised system ensures that every piece of information regarding an athlete is available to the team of professionals that work to enhance that athlete's performance. Professionals can then spend less time locating, finding, sending, accessing and understanding data and more time collaborating to improve the athlete's performance.
To keep this valuable data safe, the server is hosted and located in a secure location. We have a professional hardware and networking team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any potential system errors.
To prevent anyone from trying to gain access to the data during synchronisation between the server and the data entry modes, the data is fully encrypted to industry standards (128-bit encryption).The secure network that stores all of the data attachments also stores your data in an encrypted format so that it stays safe.
Hierarchical security to maintain competitiveness and pick the best athletes
Access to athletes' data is set hierarchically and is specified to suit you, your professionals and your organisation's structure. All of the data is stored centrally but professionals can only access information specific to their athletes or clearance levels. To maintain levels of competitiveness within the organisation you can then allow the organisation's selectors or head coaches FULL access to all of the information. They can then monitor 'up and coming' athletes, or choose the athletes that will make the real difference on the field, on the track or on the water.

Performance Profiler can export any type of data directly as a PDF document or an Excel spreadsheet. Unlike most other sports software, your information is not locked into our system. If you want to use a favoured previous analysis system, or you simply want to export your data, you will always be able to.
Peace of mind is knowing that you own your data and that all of the Intellectual Property in the data belongs to you. Performance Profiler only uses the data for the purposes of performing the services we offer you.
Peace of mind is also knowing that your investment with Profiler Corporation is secure. In the unexpected result of our company either falling into receivership or being unable to support the contract, you are able to access the source code to continue to support your investment in the software.
